Getting to know Jacob Wilson
Mine is an approach that combines evidence-based medication management with whole-body integration and consideration. I am accepting of all people, provide non-judgmental care, and meet each individual where they are at. I view each individual as a whole person, rather than a set of symptoms. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I graduated from Regis College with a Master’s Degree in nursing, specializing in psychiatry. As a PMHNP-BC, I have been working in private practice for the past five years. Prior to private practice, I have worked in inpatient settings, such as, corrections, and forensic and psychiatric hospitals for several years. I primarily work with clients, of all ages and backgrounds, experiencing mood disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep disorders, nightmares, PTSD, self-harming, and perinatal mental health.

Jacob is an amazing Practitioner. He actually listens to what my concerns and issues are. He doesn't try to over medicate with antidepressants, nor does he make me feel horrible for seeing another Practitioner for care that is outside of his practice field. I would recommend Jacob to anyone that has had a bad experience with other providers not listening to issues and to those that love a more personalized experience.
