Doctor was very professional but my wait time was over 1 hour and he seemed rushed once he got in the room. I would've appreciated a thorough explanation of all the medicines he prescribed but I felt rushed. Also, copay mustbe paid in cash - wish I'd known so I could get that ready instead of sitting in the waiting room for an hour.

It was good. Really thorough, obviously enjoys what he does, hence the wait time. They only take cash for copays so I had to leave and come back. Cash only is a big downside for me but otherwise great doctor.

The Dr. was fine but the office and staff was terrible. The front desk person was very rude, no manners. I was put in what looked like a filing closet. The worst part was that she made me pay for thevisit (and was very rude with the request) although I had insurance which would cover the visit. I did pay and as expected I found my insurance paid the claim so I called them to ask for my money back. It took many calls and voicemails to get someone to answer and many more calls to chase for an update on my refund. Its been nearly 6 months and still no refund. After this happened I searched on-line to file official complaint about the Dr and noticed many negative reviews, I should have checked before booking.

Avoid. After finally seeing the doctor an hour after my appointment, he barely looked into my condition's history before prescribing a medication that I had already been prescribed and didn't work. The office is as old as the "recommended"OTC products he suggested I use on a torn slip of paper that looks like it's been lying in a drawer since 1997. On top of all of that, they don't accept credit cards and required me run out and come back to pay the fee up front in cash to a secretary who had no regard for my time. It all felt like a scam.

Awful awful awful staff. Doctor was fine but no one will return my calls for weeks, I have been trying to reschedule an appointment. Also they only take cash which is insane, made me go to ATM. Supposed to have followup and I do not even want to go back into this utter disaster.

The Doctor knows what he is talking about he knows his job and he is a professional, but the wait time is HORRIBLE, I sat there for 2hours although there was no one else the entire time, I went there onSaturday and they literally had no one else besides me. PLEASE WORK ON YOUR TIMING WITH THE PATIENTS, IF MY APPOINTMENT IS AT NOON I EXPECT TO BE SEEN AT LEAST BY 12:30, HALF HOUR IS ACCEPTABLE BUT TWO HOURS IS OUT OF THIS WORLD, PEOPLE HAVE LIVES AND THINGS TO DO BESIDES SITTING THERE AND WAITING FOR YOU LIKE THERE IS NO OTHER DOCTOR IN THIS WORLD!

I so appreciate Dr. Dudelzak as my dermatologist! He is thorough and has a superb bedside manner - I was a little anxious before my appointment for a mole removal, and he successfully carried a conversation throughout my procedure and keptmy mind off of my anxiety. I was so pleased! Because Dr. Dudelzak is so thorough in his care, and makes a point not to rush his time with his patients, it can result in some delays with later appointments in the day. Considering how many patients he has in multiple office locations, I understand this and budget additional wait time accordingly. I would much rather wait 30 min to see a great doctor, then have a doctor who rushes my appointment to stay on schedule.

First time patient. I booked online the day before and was happy to find such a quick appointment... I arrived on time. I had to wait 50 minutes to fill the paperwork (which I had already filled on this app). ThenI was asked to pay, i handed over my credit card and was told they take cash only... i wasted an hour of my life. Total incompetence and lack of organization. Go somewhere else where your time is valued and respected.

I initially came in for acne treatment but left feeling like my worries were foolish/ ridiculous compared to what he told me I should be worried about. I had a full skin exam and he was very thorough.. maybe too thorough. He suggested I get multiple moles removed and basically gave me a lecture about scarring and possible unwanted outcomes from the surgeries. I felt very pressured and anxious after the appointment and overall he did not help me at all with my initial concern. He then proceeded to try and sell me his products for acne. He also blew off my skin care routine. He also stated that a nurse practitioner did not qualify as a medical professional who can advise on skin care. I am a nurse myself and he was fully aware. He was standing the whole time and was basically interviewing me question after question. Not going to deny though he knows what he is doing and is professional in mohs surgery. Just don’t go for any cosmetic issues.

When you walk in there is no secretary and the office looks old. Bella ( is I guess his assistant) gave me paperwork that was weirdly scaled and asked me what was the reason of visit, loudly, even after I wroteit on the paper. Place looks old, and kind of dirty. Even Dr's white coat was a tint of yellow. Dr Dudelzak is very nice, passionate about skin care, knowledgeable. What annoyed me is that he gave so many instructions on the skin care that my head was spinning. Nothing was written down. It almost seemed as if he wasnt concerned that I work and go to school and work full time and there is no way I can Vaseline my face every 15 min. I am not going back there. I think what bothered me the most is the condition the office was in and of course unprofessional behavior during check in.

My experience waiting was very bad, and the service of his assistant/receptionist not appreciated. The dermatologist recommended removing three spots with 3 separate visits, which I feel like could be done in a single visit. I received a 2ndopinion who had better bedside manner and who recommended monitoring first, rather than removing. He also recommended a method of removal that is far less invasive than what this dermatologist had been prepared to do. Being that removal of moles and lesions can leave scars, I would much rather participate with a method that has less chance for long lasting and horrible looking scars.

Doctor seemed like a nice, knowledgeable guy but I will not be returning. The staff is incompetent and the wait time was ridiculous -- in fact one patient who was also waiting went up to receptionist and asked for an estimatedwait time. She said she couldn't tell him. He asked if he had enough time to go for a walk or get dinner (jokingly) and she said yes. She said she would call when they were ready for him. When he asked "1 hour? 2 hours?" she said "I don't know I will call you." I waited over 1.5 hours to see the doctor and then another half hour for the receptionist to get my change at the end of the appointment. I made a follow up appointment and called today to reschedule and ask about the status of a test I wanted cancelled. The receptionist was completely unhelpful and told me she couldn't do anything for me. I told her I needed to know so I can make arrangements at work for the appointment and all she said was she would call back (didn't say when until I asked). Gave me strong attitude and I am not confident that she will call back. Very unprofessional. I will be taking my business else where.

I would never recommend this dermo to anyone. From the cash-only policy to Dr. Dudelzak's insistence that he biopsy every bump on my face, including invasive mole-removal surgeries on my arm, leg, and back, I was really unhappy with a) hissuper-aggressive approach b) his lack of awareness of current skincare and beauty trends, even to comment on their efficacy, or lack thereof (he had never heard of micellar water, a product blowing up in the skincare industry right now) and c) the cash-only policy (who does that??) I will be following up with more complaints to you here at ZocDoc, as I'm concerned he is gaming his reviews to make him seem more popular than he actually is.

I went in with eczema. My insurance carrier requested authorization to release the prescription. The doctors office was unresponsive the first time. I called and left a message. I didn't get a response. I called a second time. The office mentionedthey would submit another prescription that wouldn't require authorization. The insurance carrier requested authorization again. I contacted the doctors office at which point they completely refused to contact the insurance carrier to provide authorization. The lady who picked up the phone responded by saying it wasn't her problem and I should check a number of discounted websites, and if not, they would provide coupons. This all took place over the course of two weeks. I finally bent and purchased the perception at full price because my eczema was uncontrollable. I am most definitely looking for a new dermatologist.

The doctor seemed more concerned with covering himself against the possibility of a malpractice suit than with providing productive medical advice. I was treated to a lecture about how I needed to have a biopsy of a mole I had removed20 years ago which would leave a significant scar, and the results of which he said would perhaps falsely diagnose me with cancer. When I asked the alternative (as to my recollection - again 20 years ago - was this mole was benign and removed a preventative measure), he told me shortly it could be cancer and "kill me." I'm not sure if this was an accurate diagnosis, but it was a horrific way to explain the situation.
