About Jacqueline Andrews-Evans
Mrs. Andrews-Evans is a valued member of the team at Advanced Dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant degree from Touro College School of Health Sciences in 2012, following her receival of a Bachelor of Science with a Major of Biology degree from St. Joseph’s College in 2009. Jacqueline Andrews-Evans also completed her clinical rotations while in the physician assistant program, in all major fields of medicine. She is an honorable member of the New York State Society of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Her passion for skincare and due diligence in scientific research, allows her to produce desirable aesthetic and medical results for her patients.
PA Andrews-Evans is skilled at performing complex procedures such as skin biopsies, cyst removal, wound cultures and additional procedures in the advanced field of medical dermatology. She has cosmetic dermatology experience in blue and red light laser treatments, Xtrac Laser treatments, chemical peels for acne prone skin. She specializes in treating pediatric, adult and elderly patients with utmost respect, passionate care and attention to detail. Her time spent at New Franklin Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in NY helped her cultivate a love for geriatric care.

My experience was great. Dr. Jacqueline was very thorough. She examined every mole, every spot. She gave great advice about the sun. I couldn’t ask for more.

Waited 45 minutes to see the doctor. When she finally saw me the appointment lasted 5 minutes. Doctor was not thorough in addressing ALL skin and hair concerns as I feel should be done with a new patient. She seemed to be in a rush. I then overheard her telling the medical assistant the incorrect dosage I asked for, which shows she wasn’t listening during the appointment. I think she’s friendly and pleasant but needs to work on making patients feel that she is present and has your attention during the appointment instead of rushing through it.

My visit was really quick. There were technical difficulties with the iPad forms i needed to fill out but they said not to worry about it. I got called right on time and my PA was very kind. Only complaint is it felt slightly rushed BUT she knew exactly what to say in the short period of time I was with her and didn’t waste either of our valuable time.

This was my first visit. Theee was a glitch in the booking system on Zoc Doc, but they were aware and got me in within 30 minutes or so. They were very pleasant. Assistant and Dr Evans were both very attentive and listened to my concerns before offering feedback and treatment. I’d have given all stars but IDK yet how the treatment will work for me so I cannot recommend them just yet. My experience was a very good one. I go back in a month and am hopeful that it will all work out.
