Went in today for ADHD and left very disappointed. It felt like all she was doing was trying to fit people into different templates, and the moment I didn’t fit the template she had in her head, the entire conversation started revolving around that instead. According to her, if I have strict standards about certain things and keep pursuing them, that means I have bipolar disorder. She also asked a lot of questions that felt uncomfortable and unnecessary. On top of that, the whole conversation was very off-topic.

I had an amazing experience with Jackie, PA, during my appointment. She was kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt cared for. I really appreciated her professionalism, warmth, and the way she made the appointment feel easy and reassuring. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone looking for excellent care.
