Jacqueline was compassionate kind and patient. She spends so much time & explains everything great. Great listener and so easy to talk to and smart. Highly recommend
Jacqueline was very professional, kind, and understanding. My only frustration was trying to find the office since there were no markings to indicate the address. I am comfortable with the provider and felt as positive as I could feel given my situation.
Dr. Dongmo was incredibly kind and sweet, she made me feel heard and respected and cared for. Even though she wasn’t sure if she could take my health insurance, she made sure to warn me and explained things clearly. If my insurance is willing to cover telehealth and make sure she is paid for her services, she will be my regular psychiatrist.
