I am licensed to diagnose psychiatric disorders/disease processes and prescribe medications, but through my travels have found that many people benefit from a listening ear and 'heart guidance' first, and the medications can help quell mental health struggles in addition to lifestyle practices. That being said, I am professionally comfortable treating all diagnoses, but gravitate toward those individuals who struggle with psychosis, thought disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I also am comfortable treating addictive behaviors to a degree. I love incorporating family and/or support person involvement in my cases. I have spent most of my career working with the underprivileged, but am comfortable treating people from all walks of life. I have treated children and adolescence in the past, but currently am most comfortable treating individuals between the ages of 16 y/o and older.
