What should a new client know about working with you?

A supportive approach offers a safe space to freely share your thoughts and feelings, knowing they will be met with compassion and understanding. It places great value on the importance of open conversations, building relationships, and erasing the stigma Through active listening, validation, and providing constructive feedback, the support can assist in processing emotions, gaining fresh perspectives, and building effective coping strategies. The goal is to navigate the challenges of mental health, find resilience, and ultimately enhance their overall well-being.
