Hi! I am Jackie. I have been helping clients who are overwhelmed with depression, anxiety, panic episodes, trauma or PTSD, bipolar or personality disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD. If you are struggling with your mental health, I am here to help. Let's work together. I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, providing medication and nonmedication management for a broad spectrum of mental health conditions. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Jackie is very understanding and informative. She takes the time to understand you on a personal level. I enjoy my meetings with her and feel so comfortable telling her everything. Jackie is amazing! Her prescription recommendation has helped me tremendously!

She is genuine. Open to sulution and she's not only giving medications after medications. She tries to find the root cause of the problem. She's very warm. She have a big heart for her patients. Beautiful inside and out. I highly recomend her.
