Really disappointing experience with Jacquelyn. I could hear the provider and another staff member laughing about my private visit for low-libido testing from another room. The door was closed, but every word carried. It was embarrassing and felt like a total breach of privacy and professionalism.

We check in. The staff was very friendly. The wait was long. We went into the room and wait for the doctor. Few minutes. The doctor came in. We told the doctor for out visit. The doctor listen and did her job. Doctor communicated well. Doctor is very pleasant easy to talk to. Highly recommend this doctor.

I recently had my first physical with this physician, and I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease.
During the exam, the doctor took the time to listen to my health history, answer all my questions, and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or overlooked. They were incredibly thorough, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. It was clear that they truly care about their patients and their overall well-being.
For a first physical, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I left feeling reassured, informed, and confident in the care I received. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who is both knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate!

Upon arrival, I was helped with check-in, and they were very kind. After finishing check-in, I sat in the waiting area for 10 minutes at most, and was taken back for vitals. Was sat in a room after vitals to wait for Dr. Lafon. Another 10-15 minutes at most, and she came in. Wonderful experience! Very kind, and easy to talk to. I get anxious when telling my problems to doctors, thinking it's not important, I did not feel that way here.

Good experience. Professional and courteous PA. I had a late appointment and unfortunately had to wait 40 min to be seen. Also, they shouldn’t start turning the lights off knowing you have a patient in a waiting room. Other than that, it was a good visit.

I had been dealing with a chronic issue that had been dismissed by many doctors before. Even though my appointment was late in the day, Jackie listened attentively, and took time to develop not only a treatment plan for my issue but a maintenance/prevention plan as well. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time because I was a new patient. The front desk lady sent me a link and I filled out my info on my phone. She seemed very uninterested and was on her phone. Between people walking up she would spread water on the floor with a mop, no wet floor sign and I almost fell. Anyways, I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time before I was called back where the tech lady who took my weight and height then proceeded to talk to me about when she got her first period and how someone she knows got a hysterectomy and an oophorectomy at age 15? Then talked about hating the job and dying. All very odd. I then waited another 25 minutes to actually be seen by the doctor. The doctor was fine, nice. Despite the doctor being the most important part of the trip, I can’t say I’d go back or that I’d recommend this place to anyone.

I would highly recommend PA Jacquelyn to anyone who’s looking for a primary care that listens to your concerns and cares about your wellbeing. She was attentive and has excellent bedside manner. I have been looking for a PCP who will address my concerns and doesn’t dismiss my worries. I will gladly see her again and will recommend anyone to her !
