**Private Pay Only** Who am I? Hello, my name is Jade Abrams, and I am a registered and licensed dietitian. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from Keiser University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida. I work with women, children, and infants to enhance the health and nutrition of the next generation. I have extensive knowledge of eating disorders, breastfeeding, infant food introduction, baby-led weaning, childhood nutrition, intuitive eating, and more. Why me? Whether it's accountability, medical nutrition therapy, meal planning, or debunking misinformation-I've got you covered! I see patients via Healthie's HIPAA-compliant software to make nutrition care accessible from your home. I accept private pay with a sliding scale to make care affordable. What happens when you book? After booking, I will contact you for a complimentary over-the-phone nutrition care meeting to gather information and discuss our nutrition care "plan of attack." Following this, Healthie will email you to set up your profile and send documents to complete at least one hour before your consult. Failure to do so may result in a $25 no-show fee. Healthie will also send pricing and invoice for the consult, as decided during our call; payment is required before the consult. Pricing and packages? I offer a sliding scale payment system for flexibility. Packages: 1. Initial consult (always purchased; a one-hour, in-depth consult to assess your nutrition needs) 2. 1-month package (One 30-minute appointment weekly with accountability tools) 3. 3-month package (One 30-minute appointment weekly for 3 months with accountability tools) 4. 6-month package (One 30-minute appointment every 2 weeks with accountability tools)
