What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a solo practitioner without middle(wo)men so getting touch with me would be a few order of magnitude easier than that of most other outpatient clinics. We discuss patients' concerns to create an agenda for the session, go deep into the issues and symptoms, and find the best treatment for the patient for that time of his/her recovery.
