What should a new client know about working with you?

Central to my philosophy of care is the recognition of the unique value and worth of each person, as well as a dedication to fostering trusting and collaborative relationships that empower individuals to achieve their highest level of health and wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our initial visit will be between 45-60 minutes, whereby we will discuss your present symptoms and history in order to develop a diagnosis (or diagnoses), and then we will develop a treatment plan together that works best for you. Follow-up visits will be approximately 30 minutes and can be scheduled as frequently as necessary according to your needs. My primary goal is for you to leave our sessions feeling confident that we are moving in the right direction towards feeling your best.
