“Recommend not having patients stand at kiosk to fill out forms. Some people have difficulty standing. Also there was less interaction with front desk as I was just directed to check in at kiosk. How about trying to exchange pleasantries instead of saying just use kiosk? Less human interaction is not necessarily better. ”

About Dr. Jae Woo Chung
Dr Jae Woo Chung, DPM is from Port Washington, NY. He completed his undergraduate at Stony Brook University where he received a Bachelors of Science in Public Health in 2009. He obtained his Podiatry medical degree at New York of Podiatric Medicine in 2015 in New York, NY. Dr. Chung completed his residency program at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip, NY. He is now board qualified for ABFAS and ABPM. Dr. Chung specializes in foot and ankle surgery, primary podiatric care, wound care, and diabetic limb salvage. He became a provider of Long Island Comprehensive Medical Care in 2018 and practices in all 3 of our locations. Dr. Chung has been an extension to our practice that now allows us to offer podiatric services. He practices out of our North Babylon, Ronkonkoma, and Massapequa (20 Unqua Road) locations.

Doctor Chung is exceptional. Clear, concise communication explaining my issue in detail and a therapy plan to correct. He spent time with me and was receptive to my input. The entire staff was friendly, professional and proficient. Everything was on schedule with virtually no waiting room time.

Doctor was very knowledgeable and nice. Only issue you I had was that I made the appointment two weeks in advanced for custom orthopedic inserts which my insurance covers. No one did any checking and I wasted my time going to the appointment because that’s when they decided they needed to verify again for themselves. So I had to book another appointment.

Staff needs to work on customer service, especially the medical assistant and secretary. The assistant had her back to me while asking the intake questions, and the secretary just kept repeating, "It's an easy day." The medical assistant needs to sanitize blood pressure cuff after use and the Dr. needs to do a thorough assessment when patients complain of pain. He didn't even ask me to stand to assess my gait.
