From there, we build an individualized plan together, which may include medication, therapy, lifestyle strategies, or a combination, and I'll outline what to expect and any monitoring involved. Follow-up visits are scheduled to track progress, fine-tune the plan, and address side effects or new concerns, with the frequency tailored to your needs. Throughout, I coordinate care with other providers and the broader Kalm Minds team so your treatment is connected and consistent.
