About Dr. Jahdonna Isaac
Dr. Jahdonna Isaac holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from McGill University, Montreal, followed by a master’s degree in clinical pharmacology from the University of Montreal.
She completed her medical education at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, and subsequently pursued an internship in Internal Medicine at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington. Her dermatology residency took place at Howard University Hospital in Washington, DC, where she excelled as chief resident.
During her studies, Dr. Isaac's excellence led her to become a member of the esteemed Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Passionate about patient care, she specializes in general dermatology, surgical procedures, and cosmetic treatments, catering to patients of diverse backgrounds and ages.

Dr. Isaac was very kind, helpful and listened to me well. I felt like she spent an appropriate amount of time; I did not feel like it was rushed. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment! The staff is also kind and understanding.

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, but the positive experience stopped there. Once I was taken to the exam room there were no more pleasant interactions to be had. The staff member who walked me back seemed nervous and uncomfortable. The employees I passed in the hall gave glances yet didn’t greet me or act in a welcoming manner. But worst of all, the doctor walked in and did not bother to say hello or even introduce herself. She started the exam, and it was so uncomfortable having not even been told if this was the Dr. or not. If I hadn’t seen her photo before the appointment and already known what she looks like, I would have been mortified by a stranger examining me so closely. Then when the doctor and technician (present during the examination) started to leave the room, I had to ask if the appointment was over and if so, where should I go? The staff who collected my copay wasn’t friendly either. The visit was all around a poor experience.

Dr. Isaac and her staff were caring, understanding and professional. My questions and concerns were addressed with empathy and made me feel as if I had always been a patient of theirs, despite this being my first time to see Dr. Isaac. We recently moved back to this area and I would highly recommend this provider for your dermatology needs.

Appointment was at 2:20, arrived at 2:10 wasn't called to the back until 3:40 & this was after two other clients walked in, checked in & were called back. Not only this but the front desk had my ID & insurance for roughly 30 mins & returned it to me with never inputting my insurance. If I hadn't gone up to the front desk to ask why others were called back who arrived after me, my insurance would have never been on file. Nor if I had told them to simply cancel my appointment would I have been called to the back when I was.

Very friendly staff, I was seen within 30mins of my apt. I got there early to fill out paperwork on a tablet. I got a diagnosis for something that’s been bothering me and the provider gave me clear instructions on how to navigate going forward with the treatment plan. Been 2 weeks and feeling better already.

It was great, I got an appointment next day, arrived early and was received early! The staff was friendly and patient and made me feel listened too. I was more surprised and happy that they were able to take care of me that day rather than having to come back! Overall, great staff, clean office, I’m only upset that if I need them in the future I’ll have moved farther away.

Overall appt was ok, but one of the two simple cosmetic things I came in for was not addressed. I asked the nurse if the doctor could please come back in (it would have been an easy 5 second visual to check) and was told she could not and I would have to wait for my next appt. I came in for this (and mentioned it as a concern to both the nurse and the doctor at the beginning of the appt). She said it’s not something that needs treatment so she can look at your next appt. That’s unfair when I waited to see the doctor and mentioned it as ONE of my two reasons for coming in and also that would mean another copay. No thanks! Extremely disappointing.

The staff at this location are way above the normal. Always looking out for the patient is #1 in my book. Had a surgery to remove some cancer...I've never felt so comfortable.. everything went smoothly and both girls were so helpful and kind.
