Jai’Cee was very nice and took her time addressing my questions and concerns. I’ve been looking for a primary and I’m glad I found her and this practice.
I was in and out in a reasonable time. No long wait and the entire process was seamless. Staff were also kind and helpful.

From check in to check out, all steps were handled professionally and timely. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. An extra cherry on top was to see the entire establishment run by mostly women. I enjoyed meeting Jai'cee Tudman, PA-C. I will book her moving forward.

She listened to what I was actually saying and referred me to a specialist. I have had this medical issue for almost 2 years with another specialist unable to find anything but offer me a crazy plan. I will be on this medical journey again. Big shout out to the young AFrican American phlebotomist who told me of an independent test that tests for everything that the doctors won't due to insurance restrictions. It's an out of pocket test, but we'll worth it if it figures out the issue. Its a function health test. Thank you! Please let patients know if there is an all inclusive test to rule out things. I know not everyone can afford it or insurance pay for it, but at least disseminate the information. I have beening coming here for years and they get you in amd out quickly. Your prescription is at the pharmacy filled by the time you get there. Great place. Many PA'S AND Doctors here. Try to stick to the one you like.

I HAD A TRULY GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH MY NEW DOCTOR. FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED INTO THE OFFICE, THE STAFF WAS WELCOMING AND ORGANIZED, WHICH IMMEDIATELY PUT ME AT EASE. WHAT STOOD OUT THE MOST WAS HOW ATTENTIVE, RESPECTFUL, AND PATIENT THE DOCTOR AND NURSE WAS. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME TO REALLY LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS WITHOUT RUSHING, ASKED THOUGHTFUL QUESTIONS, AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN A CLEAR AND COMPASSIONATE WAY.
I FELT SEEN AND UNDERSTOOD, NOT JUST AS A PATIENT BUT AS A WHOLE PERSON. THE DOCTOR’S KNOWLEDGE AND CALM DEMEANOR GAVE ME CONFIDENCE IN THEIR CARE. THEY ALSO FOLLOWED UP QUICKLY WITH RESULTS AND MADE SURE I HAD A CLEAR PLAN MOVING FORWARD. IT MADE ME FEEL LIKE MY HEALTH REALLY MATTERED.
