Doctor Diaz and his staff were great. However, they don’t use ZocDoc for booking appointments, so make sure to contact his office to make an appointment. After I booked my appointment on ZocDoc, the office staff called me to move my appointment time as the times on the app weren’t accurate.

After not seeing a PCP for over 20 years, I was honestly a little nervous about going, but Dr. Jamie Diaz and the entire staff made the experience excellent from start to finish.
Dr. Diaz was professional, kind, and really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and questions. He explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I knew what the next steps were.
The office was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly, polite, and professional. I was treated like I had been a patient there for years, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
As someone who works in healthcare and interacts with doctors and nurses daily, I can honestly say this was one of the best first-time experiences I’ve had. I definitely feel like I made the right choice choosing Dr. Diaz as my PCP.

Was not seen, made to wait outside. Doctor left. Used Zoc Doc and told by office staff that its unreliable. My appointment in their book was 45 minutes earlier. I was told that I was a no show even though I was physically standing right there.

WONDERFUL DOCTOR WONDERFUL STAFF. Let me stay cause my finance was picking me up cause I have epilepsy and had a horrible car accident due to a seizure and cannot drive anymore so they were so nice and let me stay until they closed and then my fiancé picked me up. Doctor was so amazing. He listened to all my complaints and prescribed me muscle relaxers due to my car accident and had me come back in a couple months. Highly recommend this place. Found them on Zocdoc. All my doctors I have found on here have been phenomenal. Highly recommend Zocdoc and this doctor for primary care. Please go to him. He is amazing.?

The front staff desk needs improvement. The doctor himself was pleasant and didnt rush me. I felt very listened to however I dont feel my problem was completely resolved. This may be because I need to see an actual specialist for that.

I like the fact that I was seen with less waiting time. The doctor explained to me what is the plan for my condition. It is good also that is next to the lab work office. That saves my time to go to another place to have the blood work done. The staff our professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place.
