About Jaimie Wotell
Jaimie Wotell, PA-C received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She received her physician assistant certification from Anne Arundel Community College, while concurrently receiving her Master’s of Medical Science degree from Saint Frances University.
Jaimie’s strong interest in dermatology began while working full time as a medical assistant at a local dermatology practice. During her clinical training year of PA school, her strong interest in skin care led her to do both elective rotations in dermatology. Upon graduation, Jaimie spent time traveling to India doing volunteer work with several dermatologists and midlevels from around the U.S.
Jaimie is board certified and licensed in the state of Maryland. After thorough training at the surgery center under the supervision of Mohs surgeon Dr. Mary Farley, she is currently practicing general dermatology under the supervision of Dr. Sammy Kang. Jaimie resides with her husband Joel, son Jack and daughter Ellington in Annapolis, MD.

Provider was tough to engage in any dialog and rushed through appointment. There was very limited discussion despite my trying. Good providers will explain what they are doing and looking for during a screening. And engage the patient more overtly. This provider did none of that.

This provider seemed to not care about our concern was not really listening and just coming up with a systematic response. Very disappointing, I have no interest in ever seeing her again for my child. Possibly just not interested in little children that are of dark skin color that’s my take away!

The care I received from Jaime Wotel was great ! She was both professional and personable- thorough. The welcoming receptionist was less than friendly- no smile, not helpful. Perhaps someone should remind her the first person you see is the ambassador of first impressions!!!!
