I arrived for my scheduled appointment. The office was unaware I had an appointment and refused to see me or accommodate my visit in any way. They said they didn’t know about the confirmed appointment that I booked on Zocdoc and offered me an appointment two days later. The front desk didn’t allow me to speak with a supervisor or the doctor. Waste of time and money.
