Dr. Cook is always professional and caring surgeon. He spends time with me to ensure I'm healing properly and to address any of my concerns. I have had 13 surgeries (including this one) and he has been the best surgeon I've had. He is a great and talented surgeon with an awesome personality which gives his surgeon-patient relationship a positive one!

Good stay, comfortable, doctors & nurses were very nice & answered all my questions. Fast discharge. Doc. Cook made it seem easy (which it was) and seemed laid back which was comforting. Seemed very knowledgable in procedure.
