About Dr. James Doran
Since 1999, Dr. Doran has provided patients throughout Denver with state-of-the-art chiropractic care for practice members wishing to recover from injury, optimize their health, and pursue an active Colorado lifestyle. At Integrative Health & Rehabilitation, we offer our patients an array of integrative solutions to speed recovery and maximize function, with an emphasis on drug-free and nonsurgical options.
While training as a competitive triathlete during his college years, Dr. Jim suffered a severe shoulder injury. “I was unable to swim, and even running or riding a bike became almost impossible.”
He had a close friend that was attending chiropractic college who convinced him to see a chiropractor. “Within a week I was training as hard as ever and feeling great!”
Following his graduation from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, Dr. Jim enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic. Four years later, he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, while still helping his fellow students as a graduate teaching assistant.
After establishing Integrative Health & Rehabilitation, Dr. Jim additionally received certifications in Acupuncture and Dry Needling. Over the years, he has spent hundreds of hours in postgraduate study, including courses in extremity adjusting and soft-tissue manipulation.
He considers his ability to impact the lives of others as his greatest reward in life. He has helped practice members
