I'm Dr. James Economides, a board-certified plastic surgeon and facelift specialist serving the Washington, DC metropolitan community. I've dedicated my practice to one principle: results that look like you, only more rested and refreshed—never operated on. My focus is facial rejuvenation, with particular expertise in the deep plane facelift and neck lift. I also perform eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), as well as breast and body procedures including breast augmentation, liposuction, and abdominoplasty.
