Materially mis-billed my insurance for the services provided. Went for a ENT related consultation, as listed on ZocDoc, and was promptly told that’s not what he did. Very little help provided other than to say call a different doctor. May have spent 10 minutes in the room.

I came specifically because I was experiencing reoccurring tonsillitis and wanted more options/advice on why it kept occurring. The ENT doctor could not help me with diagnosis or performing throat exams. His only recommendation was to see my primary. His specialty is only in surgery. If you are not looking for surgery options, it is a waste of time and money to go to this doctor. Additionally he double booked which caused a long waiting time (40) min on my part when I was asked to change my time to accommodate the office schedule. I would not recommend.
