About Dr. James Ezema
I graduated from the University of Lagos College of Medicine, Idi-Araba, Lagos, Nigeria, in 1986 with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). After a brief general practice in Nigeria, I relocated to the United States in 1990. I completed a one-year fellowship at New York University Hospital (NYU), Millhauser Labs, in 1991. In 1992, I began my Internal Medicine internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in Newark, NJ, and completed my residency training in Internal Medicine at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, in 1995. I am Board Certified in Internal Medicine and have many years of emergency care experience since 1995.

Doctor showed his concerns. Front desk receptionist,great. Maybe a 2-5minute wait time (fastest I have been ever seen to my exact appointment time-no complaints) in and out. Will definitely be my primary doc.

Dr. Eczema and his staff is absolutely excellent. I went in and was seen right on time. The receptionist was a friendly and funny woman and we shared a few laughs together. The experience was great and I would highly recommend it. He is a great listener and very efficient. I had just moved to the area and needed a new primary care doctor, this was by far the best and fastest I’ve been seen and felt heard by a doctor who seemed to genuinely care about their patient!

First thing that stood out was there was no one in the waiting room. My appointment was for 12:30 and the patient ahead of me was walking out of the office at 12:20. Dr. Ezema was very attentive and asked a lot of questions. I will be sticking with him for awhile.
