Dr. Friedlander is very holistic in his approach to primary healthcare. He asked me questions about my long term life goals to help inform what preventative care and habits I should be focusing on. He is very knowledgeable about nutrition and muscle health and was very thoughtful in general. It was also easy to book an appointment which is hard for good doctors.

Best experience I have had on ZocDoc yet and thats saying something as a user for about 5 years. He was incredibly well informed and seemed to truly want to advocate for me and support my health journey. Doctor Friedlander was ok and kind.
The overall experience tho, given the cost of healthcare in the US, was not great.
I’ve always had ECG in my annuals, didn’t get one in this case.
After my check I was told I needed four vaccines, I was left waiting, and then I was told that to talk to the doctor about those shots I could either wait until the end of the shift (about 4hrs) or schedule another appointment. That made the experience not great.

I had a truly excellent experience with Dr. Friedlander. From the very beginning, they took the time to ask thoughtful, detailed questions that really got to the heart of my concerns. What stood out most was how they saw me as an individual—not just a list of symptoms or test results. I felt heard, respected, and cared for throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Friedlander explained things clearly, listened attentively, and made me feel like my health and well-being genuinely mattered. I left feeling confident, understood, and grateful to be in such capable hands.

I did not see any signage at the building entrance for the doctor's office, but the security guard provided directions on where to go. Check-in was done using a tablet; some questions felt repetitive, as they were similar to those I had included in booking the appointment, but the device was easy to use. Dr. Friedlander, DO, was very nice, gave thorough explanations, and listened to/answered any of my questions. The first doctor appointment that did not feel rushed or simply checking boxes, overall a great office.

I wanted to describe a frustrating experience I’ve had related to a recent doctor’s appointment and the handling of my prescription.
On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the building and went to the security office as instructed. Unfortunately, they were not aware of my scheduled visit and refused to let me in. I waited for about an hour without any resolution. Eventually, another security staff member let me through, but this delay caused unnecessary stress and disrupted my schedule.
During the visit, the doctor prescribed medication and said it would be sent electronically to my preferred pharmacy. However, the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I contacted the doctor’s office the same day to correct it. They told me they would update the pharmacy information, but nothing was done.
I followed up again the next day, and again they assured me it would be taken care of — but still, the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy

Every doctor has a stethoscope, but Dr. Friedlander listens like no one else. He took the time to understand my specific condition and gave a wise perspective to help improve my health. He cares. He really cares. He is very professional and very human.

I never write reviews, but I was incredibly impressed and grateful by the attention and care Dr Friedlander showed in my annual physical. I've been to many Doctors who rush in and out, and barely have time to seriously listen to me as a patient. Dr Friedlander asked me about my health goals, and carefully talked me through how I could achieve them, point by point. It was a level of care that far surpassed the other Doctors I've seen.

I was very impressed by the doctors, brilliance and deeply impressed by the fact that he went to school for nutrition. This is a very rare thing to find in a Doctor nowadays he was fit healthy and incredibly knowledgeable. I was very happy with my appointment and I’m looking forward to him being my new Primary care doctor if that is possible

I checked in with an automated QR code (printed at home) and was seen promptly thereafter. PA took my vitals. Dr. Friedlander came into the room shortly after. He asked several on point questions with a couple follow ups. Took a look. Made a diagnosis & prescribed antibiotics to my nearby pharmacy. I was in an out in no more than 15 minutes and VERY satisfied. Had my meds in a couple hours.
I recommend him with NO reservations.
