Patients 45 and younger may schedule their "Annual Physical" directly. Dr. Halverson has worked in Ojai, CA with the Ojai Valley Medicine Group since 1987. He is board certified in Family Practice. During his time as a Physician in the community he has served the Ojai Hospital as the Medical Director of its Continuing Care Center for over 30 years. In addition, he has been a member of the board of directors of the Ojai Valley Community Hospital Foundation since 2000 and served as the chairperson of that Foundation from 2014 to 2018. Dr. Halverson enjoys serving his community. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Ojai West since 1989 and was its president in 1994. He is active in the Ojai Presbyterian Church. He has been a long-time supporter of the Ojai Unified School District, having served in multiple volunteer positions over the last 30 years. He is currently an elected member of the Ojai Unified School District Board of Trustees. Jim has been married to his wife Robyn for over 43 years. They raised their two children Jenna and Brad in Ojai and are the proud grandparents of 5-year-old Declan and 18-month-old Asher.
