As a bilingual provider fluent in both English and Spanish, he proudly serves the diverse communities of Dallas—particularly the Hispanic population—with cultural understanding and compassion.
Raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Lugo developed a lifelong appreciation for the power of connection and the importance of being truly present with patients. After years of practicing in large healthcare systems, he founded Stellar Primary Care to create a more human-centered experience—where patients feel heard, valued, and respected.

Today was my first visit and I must say Dr. Lugo is by far the best physician I've seen. He's very patient, kind, and understanding. All the concerns I had pertaining to my health was explained to me in a manner I could comprehend. He listened to me without judgment or interrupting. I'm very appreciative of that. Also the nurses and techs were very helpful, and pleasant.

Dr. Lugo- Rodriguez Was amazing! Listened to all concerns and answered all my questions. He didn't rush me at all. Asked about my history and went into depth about few of my concerns. He was also able to quickly fill my prescriptions. I'm new to the state so finding a good doctor is hard! Glad I came across him in zocdoc
