The office information claims that they’re open on Sundays and Zocdoc gives information and capability to schedule appointments on Sundays. I even received a confirmation that the appointment was booked. Left my house in pain drove to the location, and the business was closed. No signs on the door stating that it was just per se that day, but the gates were down. They need to update their availability and days of operation to not have people traveling long distances to get to them and they’re unavailable so I’m not sure how to read them accurately since I was given a false appointment and never got to see a doctor doctor.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but since I was asked: About 1.5 wks ago, I began experiencing severe shoulder, back and arm pain. Initially, I scheduled a medical appt. But when the pain became unberable, I decided to schedule an appt with a Chiropractor. So after verifying my insurance was in network for this visit I actually switched my medical appt on the 5th to be seen at this office. I arrived on time.. After a 1/2 hr wait, when I inquired how much longer the wait would be, the Dr. decides to mention a co-fee. This was not specified in the booking of this appointment & I wasn't contacted by his office in advance regarding this additional fee. It felt like a passive agressive dig, because I questioned the wait time. Any additional fees that are insurance related should be confirmed while scheduling the appointment and confirmed in advance by the office. I do not recommend him, but his staff was nice. Miraculously, the pain was gone when I got home. Amen. (Book wisely)

Didn’t even get a chance to be seen. Office was filthy and all accident victims. Waited for 40 min then left because I watched 15 people be seen before me. Terrible place

Booked the appointment through zocdoc. They said they had no access to any of my information. They made me fill out forms just to make me wait for 40 minutes and saw at least 7 people go inside. I understand they might have had an appointment but so did it. What's the point of offering appointments through here. I had to go back to work. Definitely fake reviews since all the people sounded like they were from accidents. Would never go back.

James Mcgee, DC did an outstanding job with my first visit. However, I didn't return for a follow-up after over hearing the front desk personnels having a fleid day with the cause of my injuire that could have happened to anyone at any given time by having the wrong pasture.

Dr James McGee is a good doctor with great bedside manners, he is through & gives well detailed information regarding diagnosis & patients prognosis as well. Office staff on the other hand, needs additional training in clinical office administration, the only reason my visit was delayed was based on the office staff nonchalant, nonverbal communication with new patient in regards to which doctor the patient was there to see & why, was really disappointed & actually thought of never going back until Dr McGee saw me & apologized for the confusion which not his fault at all because he wasn’t even told I signed in to see him. Thank you Dr McGee, I sincerely appreciate you & your great bedside manners. Also thank you for putting me at ease with my ongoing medical issues. Have a blessed day. I will recommend Dr James McGee anytime, any day.

Dr. McGee is was so knowledgeable and friendly. I felt as if I knew him for years and it was my first visit. After seeing him I went home and sleep after that intense stretch and massage. Would definitely see him more often.
