I've lived in Austin for 13 years and have yet to find a provider that I would consider making "my" provider, until this appointment! The whole staff was kind and I didn't feel like a number coming in and out the door. And Dr. McMullen was thorough and attentive vs dismissive like I feel so many other doctors can be. 100% would recommend.

James was on the road to becoming a teacher, but when an illness landed him in the hospital, he became fascinated with healthcare and the people who are a part of it. Now30 years later, he is still serving adults in general and internal medicine as a physician assistant.
James constantly reads medical books and articles and spends a significant amount of time on continuing medical education to stay up to date with the rapidly changing healthcare landscape. He works on his personal health goals with consistent and frequent high-intensity interval training and strength training. He also enjoys traveling with his family and makes time to play guitar daily, knowing music adds to his overall quality of life.

He seemed rushed and didn’t really take the time with me. Came for annual checkup at 40 and he didn’t order any blood work for me. I asked for something and he did order that only. Just listed to me breath 3 times then was done. Waste of my time.
