Led by US Navy Veteran who listens first. I treat anxiety, PTSD, and sleep challenges with the whole-person approach that works. You're not alone! Anxiety, depression, poor sleep, and low focus aren’t signs of weakness— they’re symptoms we’ll tackle together. I don’t just prescribe. I listen. And we work together to create a treatment plan that fits, and improves your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I do come with limitations. I will not be able to prescribe what the DEA considers a controlled substance via Telehealth. Let's work together to get you the best I can offer and I really look forward to helping.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

There are forms that I will send you to be completed and the EHR I use will be from Valant EHR if you need to familarize yourself with the APP to download called MYIO.
