Zocdoc asked a lot of Pre-visit questions and wanted photos of my main insurance card and supplemental insurance card. I complied with everything ZocDoc asked. USELESS UNDERTAKING!
When I arrived at the office I had to wait until my insurance coverage was verified before I was called in. The office staff repeated 100% and more of the same questions and photos and more. I was there for more that an hour before seeing the PA and not the doctor I scheduled with. The PA was nice, thorough and knowledgeable, but I fully expected to see the doctor. He wasn’t even on site that day.
