About Jamie Lee

Jamie is most passionate about educating people about nutrition and teaching them how they can still lead a balanced life while enjoying everything they love about food. Her experience includes working with clients as a registered dietitian and personal trainer in developing individualized nutrition and exercise programs. While residing in the Midwest she earned her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition and Master’s Degree of Science in Nutrition and Wellness. She now resides in the DFW area with her husband and three kids. Outside of work and taking care of kids, she enjoys decluttering and organizing, working out, cooking and baking delicious food for her family and friends and indulging in her favorite cookie.
