What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide an empathetic, supportive, and relational space that allows you to receive challenging feedback without judgment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am here to support those who are eager to commit to personal growth by exploring the impact of past experiences and relationships, and identifying unhealthy patterns and beliefs. My goal as your therapist is to help you get rid of that negative self-talk and empower you to set boundaries that reinforce a life which aligns with your values. Boundaries are tough (no doubt about that), life-changing, relationship-saving, and worth it!
