Dr. Zaita was born in Philadelphia and raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. She graduated magna cum laude from a combined BA/MD medical program in 6 years at Boston University for her undergraduate degree and Boston University School of Medicine for her MD degree. She completed her residency at the George Washington University Medical Center as an administrative chief resident in 1996. Since then she has been practicing in the Northern Virginia area. She is an assistant clinical professor at George Washington University Medical Center. Dr. Zaita joined Fair Ridge Ob/Gyn in 2001. She is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She has been repeatedly recognized by Washingtonian magazine as one of the area’s top doctors. She lives in Oakton with her husband and three sons.
