Very intelligent and knowledgeable, but also extremely personable. He will explain everything and lay out treatment options, also give reasons why, and somehow do it all in terms that anyone could understand. My husband and I both see him as our primary care doctor and we adore him! All of the office staff is so relatable and fun, but truly caring. ”

“Dr. De Guzman is the first doctor to actually LISTEN to me. It feels so good to have patient centered care. I don't feel rushed and he sits down and talks to you on your level which I appreciate. The office is always clean and the front staff are always so nice and friendly. I am a previous Parkview patient and used to think highly of them. Now, I'm so happy I switched to IU. It truly is a completely different experience! The care is top notch and I will never go anywhere else again for my primary care! Our entire family sees Dr. De Guzman and we are so happy with our care. We've recommended him to so many people, we're afraid we're going to over book him now! We highly recommend him!”

About Dr. Jan De Guzman
Dr. Jan De Guzman is a family physician and primary care doctor. He sees patients of all ages at IU Health Physicians - Fort Wayne, located in Fort Wayne, IN.
Dr. De Guzman obtained his bachelor's degree and his medical degree from Indiana University. He then completed his residency in family medicine at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. He also holds a master's degree that he acquired from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
