What should a new client know about working with you?

I understand that seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make every patient feel comfortable, heard, and respected from our very first meeting. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and free of judgment. I take time to listen carefully, answer your questions, and involve you in developing a treatment plan that reflects your individual needs, goals, and preferences. My priority is to help you feel supported while providing high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we discuss your symptoms, medical and mental health history, current concerns, treatment goals, and any previous medications or therapies. Together, we will develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle recommendations, and referrals when appropriate. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring your progress, evaluating your response to treatment, making adjustments when needed, and supporting you throughout your mental health journey. My goal is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where we work together to help you achieve lasting wellness.
