She earned her bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire and completed her Dietetic Internship at Simmons University in Boston, MA. As a Certified Dietitian Coach, she uses a simple habit-based goal-setting approach to support positive lifestyle changes that will stick. Alongside being a Coach, Janaelle has worked at the same hospital as Lead Clinical Dietitian for over 20 years in Boston, MA. She currently treats patients with all types of illnesses such as cancer, weight struggles, dysphagia, diabetes, GI disorders, eating disorders, heart health, and other metabolic diseases. Janaelle's motto, ?Health is Wealth,? hit hard when her husband battled brain cancer in his early twenties and then needed a stem cell transplant in his 30s for his only chance at a cancer-free life. This challenging time fueled Janaelle's passion as a Dietitian to educate others on the importance of a healthy body, physically and mentally. Even though we can't control everything that happens to our bodies, we can control our food and lifestyle choices along the way. As a cycling instructor and yoga lover, Janaelle educates and inspires others on the positive effects that exercise and good nutrition can have on the mind, body, and spirit. She believes balance is key, and her main focus is on helping people find the value in a healthy body. A license is not required for this provider to see patients.
