I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns. Clients describe me as calm, patient, and non-judgmental, and I work hard to create a safe and culturally sensitive space where you feel heard and supported. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward lasting emotional well-being. My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic, with a focus on truly listening and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients. I use evidence-based practices, combining medication management and supportive therapy to treat the whole person and involve clients in every step of their care. My goal is to tailor treatment to each individual, helping them build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and enhance their overall well-being.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In your first session, we’ll take the time to discuss what you’ve been experiencing, so I can understand your needs and determine the best way to support you. Together, we’ll explore your goals and discuss treatment options in a clear, comfortable way that helps you feel confident and informed. By the end of the visit, you’ll have a personalized plan and a clear sense of the next steps on your path to feeling better.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin with a thorough initial evaluation where we discuss your concerns, symptoms, medical history, past treatment experiences, and goals. From there, we create an individualized treatment plan together, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, and referrals when appropriate. I believe in open communication, shared decision-making, and checking in regularly to ensure treatment is working well for you. Follow-up appointments are used to monitor progress, adjust treatment as needed, and offer ongoing support. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment.

The doctor was very professional and she answered all my concerns. I will definitely recommend.
Jane is an active listener and empathizes with me.
Appointment was introductory session. Listened to my concerns. Personally the vibes were not there for me. We went over a lot of information and my current pharmacy, I figured she asked for future use, but actually did prescribe me something. I wasn't informed she was going to prescribe me something nor a treatment plan for it.

I was initially hesitant making appointment as I wasn’t sure how it will go. After careful consideration, I settled on Theraja and I am glad I did. The NP Jane was calm and listened to what made me book appointment. She assessed my situation thoroughly and came up with the right plan for me. Afterwards, my were promptly prescriptions sent to my pharmacy and they confirmed receipt of it which was faster than anticipated because some providers delay and even forget to send my prescriptions after appointment. I definitely recommend Theraja to those who need urgent help because you won’t regret it.
