Dr. Jane Taylor is wonderful--she cares about skin health and appearance and is able to provide a lot of services, but she does not pressure you in any way (not even subtly by, for instance, having lots of brochures and screens promoting x treatment, as advertised on the fabulous-looking face of a model who has perfect skin). When I go in for a yearly cancer screening, I don't really want the dermatologist to point out flaws that I have not mentioned, but I also don't want to have to pull teeth to find out in the same visit if there is an easy fix for a flaw that kind of bothers me, or if there is a service or product that would likely make a big improvement in my appearance. Dr. Taylor gets the balance right.

She had a great bedside manner and answered all my questions. She spent enough time to know my overall health. I arrived slightly early and was seen right away. She made sure I knew how to contact her if anything urgent came up. Wish more doctors visits were like this!

Doctor Taylor is very professional and thorough and I enjoyed my visit. No major issues and the visit was very efficient after a bit of a wait at first.
The receptionist/nurses were a little unorganized and had minor issues with my insurance. Also, they offered me a reschedule day off and I accepted, but I still ended up waiting about 30 minutes as the doctor was returning from lunch. Slightly inconvenient, but everybody was friendly and accommodating and it was not a big deal. I look forward to returning for future check ups.
