I am a warm, interactive provider who enjoys engaging with my patients to address their mental health needs. I am a Christian, I love listening to Christian music, going to the gym, watching movies, and doing meal prep.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I like my patients to turn in the front and back copies of their insurance card or submit a valid payment method, and also to complete the intake forms via the Headway portal so I can learn more about them before the appointment.

She was somewhat professional however, she seemed more concerned about talking about my weight and diet during a visit regarding my mental health. I understand I am over weight and hear it enough from my regular doctor. I don’t come to see a mental health specialist to be told to eat a handful of nuts and get more sleep. I switched to another provider and got better help and actual useful information about my mental health.

Drove to the office and she said that we should do it via telahealth when I was already at the office. I had to find a parking lot to do my appointment in. I also went for concerns of dyslexia and she quickly dismissed that and said that anxiety and depression was my problem. She said “that’s what’s wrong with you” then prescribed me with anti depressants after less than 20 minutes of talking with me. Definitely do not recommend.
