Hello! I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I have 35+ years working with people. I practice in Connecticut as well as Maine. I earned my masters degree at Walden University. I enjoy working with adults and older adults that are experiencing challenges in their lives. This is accomplished though providing support while they work through the challenge using evidenced based practice, and medication, as well as talk therapy or both.

From the moment I met Janet, I felt completely at ease. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and takes the time to truly listen. I appreciated how detailed and thorough she was during our session she didn’t rush me, and I felt fully understood and supported. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best for them. I’m so grateful to have found her!

Lovely, listened very attentively, respected, my professional, clinical background, asked very appropriate historical and current questions, and was very easy to talk to. She appreciated my sense of humor, and we also have rescue pets in common!
I have never used a website like this before, but I am very pleased with my choice. She immediately provided me with options and helpful medications. ?
