I did not see the provider I booked, which increased the copay. The billing was incorrect. The doctor I booked kept up with local gossip and violated my privacy by sharing the reason for my visit. She allowed these police frat guys to dictate my visit and they repeated what she shared. I felt so violated and literally cried myself to sleep about the violation of privacy and the devaluing requests that were made during my physical.
