What is your typical process for working with clients?

About Your Care: We collaborate to determine the root cause of your symptoms. At your first appointment, I will conduct a comprehensive review of your history and background, then provide professional recommendations on the best approach moving forward. At follow-up appointments, we will evaluate progress and make adjustments as needed. Coverage & Insurance: For clients using commercial insurance, all claims, billing, and insurance processing are managed securely through Headway, a trusted national platform. After scheduling your first appointment, you will receive a secure link from Headway to enter your insurance and payment information. Headway verifies your benefits, submits claims, and manages copays, coinsurance, and deductibles. Any patient responsibility will be automatically processed through the payment method you provide to Headway. This ensures your insurance is billed accurately, so you don’t need to handle claims directly with our office. If you opt for self-pay, billing will be handled separately according to our financial policy. Missed Appointment Policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a no-show or late cancellation fee. Fees are the responsibility of the client and cannot be billed to insurance. A card may be securely kept on file and will only be used for these non-covered fees. Intake Documents: All intake documents will be sent to your email within 24 hours of booking your appointment. Please complete these prior to your first session to ensure a smooth start.

Important: Be sure to check with your insurance provider first to confirm: -Whether you have out-of-network mental health benefits. -What percentage of the session cost they reimburse. -The process for submitting a superbill for reimbursement.
