Really strange office. Still not confident I saw a real doctor. Very confusing direction from the practitioners and was disappointed in the lack of clarity when speaking with them. This office barely seems like a health facility. Not clean or organized. Not thorough assessment of my condition and a waste of time.

Waited over an hour for an appointment that lasted no more than 10 minutes. They also forgot to send in 1 of my 2 prescriptions to the pharmacy. Friendly staff but the wait time was horrible

I started breaking out more after the first use of the medications, called back the clinic they just asked me to discontinue it.
What about my efforts and time along with the money i paid for my medications?

I scheduled a regular skin check. She took photos of moles to keep an eye on. She was thorough. You could tell she was busy because it did seem like she was speeding through everything so I wish it didn’t feel rushed but that seems to be the given these days. Given they take emergency cases, I do understand.

The only complaint I have is that they basically require setting things up over the phone as a first time patient. The front desk, nurse, and doctor were extremely friendly and good at their jobs.

It was a pretty unextraordinary trip to Janine's office; there wasn't anything alarming that came with checking in, being seen, or the registration process from the start. I went in for a specific issue, found out it wasn't a problem, and went on my way. My only negative is that the room I was in was very old. Old moldings and the walls looked like they were from the 80s.
Nothing fantastic to write about, but nothing wildly negative either. Might shop around for another derm, so not sure if I'll be back, but good to know this place will fit the bill if need be.

I would not go back - Janine Zolty was very pleasant and was an excellent Dermatologist. However the receptionist Amy was unbearable to deal with. Rude curt, demeaning and dismissive.

The office also worked to get me the best pricing for medication and testing! Highly recommend and I would definitely continue to visit this office for skin care needs, and even annual check ups.
