Hello there! My name is Janique, but you can also call me ?Jan.? I am the founder and CEO of 360 Direct Care LLC, providing telepsychiatry services for adults aged 18 and older within the state of Florida.
Is it difficult finding a provider you can truly connect with, or have you had bad experiences with unreliable providers?
As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I understand how important those relationships are. I earned my Master's in Family Nursing from Nova Southeastern University and completed my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training at Florida State University. I will work closely with you to create an individualized treatment approach that helps you find balance in your life. I have extensive experience in medication management for many mental health concerns and am here to advocate, guide, educate, support, mentor, and empower you every step of the way so you can achieve your goals.
Together, we will build a treatment plan and develop goals that address the needs of your mind, body, and soul in a timely manner. I will also follow up with you as needed to ensure we are managing your mental health concerns optimally.
With evidence-based practice, knowledge, experience, and passion for this field, we will overcome your obstacles. Your safety is my priority-you deserve a safe place to heal and thrive amid challenges beyond your control.

What should a new client know about working with you?
You can expect at the end of our session to finally find a provider who listens and shows empathy, someone who is committed to finding the best and safest individualized treatment option that is suitable for you. You will also form a lasting bond with a provider that is culturally competent, honest, attentive, compassionate, caring, sincere, respectful, and reliable.
I facilitate an open and honest dialogue with all my patients. As transparency and effective communication help with building relationships and making the appropriate clinical decisions.
I also empowered my patients to take part in their care and be motivated to make their own healthcare decisions.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

If you’re looking for an attentive, thorough and overall supportive doctor then Dr.Stewart is the one for you. She really does make sure I receive the best care possible and always follows up on any concerns during our appointment. She is non-judgmental and extremely patient. She also provides alternative recommendations to aid you as well. I would recommend Dr.Stewart to anyone truthfully. She is a trustworthy professional needed in this society! Definitely a 10/10!
