“I had seen Dr Holm back in Feb. Based on the info I provided to him when making the appointment, and the info he had from my previous visit in Feb (for the same foot, but a different issue), he figured out the problem before I even got there. He was very patient in listening to me explain what I "thought" it might be, and then told me what it really was. While manipulating the foot, I could feel exactly what he was talking about. It made perfect sense. He gave me a cortisone shot in exactly the right spot to remedy the situation and the pain had subsided even before I got home. I can walk again!!!! Dr Holm is awesome!!”

About Dr. Janson Holm
Janson Holm, DPM, FACFAS, is a concerned and caring foot and ankle specialist who is personable and easy to work with. Dr. Holm attended the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, where he received his degree in podiatric medicine, and completed his residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Legacy Health and Kaiser Permanente.
Dr. Holm practices at The Portland Clinic. He is board-certified in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.

Dr Holm is very friendly and attentive. He paid attention to what I was saying and I felt like we chose my plan for treatment together, rather having someone disregard my opinion and feelings. He clearly had my best interests in mind and was very transparent about what my options were and what my insurance would cover and what would be an additional cost to me, to avoid any surprises when the bill comes. He is an advocate for requesting the necessary procedures to determine my injury precisely. If Dr Holm was a General Practitioner, I would consider having him be my Primary Care Physician. I highly recommend Dr Holm.

Janson Holm was very knowledgeable and greatly reduced the anxieties I've had about my foot/ankle concerns. He wasn't "pro-surgery" in the sense that I didn't feel pressured to have anything done unnecessarily, and he left the ball in my court to decide what healing route was best for me. He was friendly, patient and personable.

Dr. Janson Holm is a very knowledgeable, caring doctor. He is very thorough in his exams. He takes the time you need to answer all your questions to make sure you understand everything about your treatment. For my most recent ankle surgery, he went above & beyond expectation to prepare for my care!!

I had 5 visits with Dr. Holm and his team. All were outstanding. He was professional, informative and expert. Surgery was a breeze. I knew what he was doing throughout, and I knew what I was supposed to be doing throughout recovery. He is great.

Dr. Holm has been amazing throughout my ankle injury/surgery/recovery experience. He has gone out of his way to ensure the complete recovery of my ankle condition including coming in on his day off to change a "wet" cast when no one else was available to do it. He's the best!
