About Dr. Jared Gilman

Dr. Jared Gilman is a fellowship trained interventional pain physician who uses both ultrasound and fluoroscopic guided injections to treat chronic pain conditions. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation training at Virginia Commonwealth University and his Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arizona. He specializes in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic neck and low back pain, joint pain, and nerve pain. He is passionate about treating each patient as an individual; he believes each patient has his/her own story to tell. Dr. Gilman’s previous training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation has enabled him to provide a unique perspective to his patients with the overall goal of improving function and quality of life. With the help of his colleagues, Dr. Gilman is also able to utilize a multidisciplinary approach by incorporating physical therapy, psychology, medications, and injections into his treatment plan. He is proficient and highly trained in procedures such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, peripheral and spinal cord stimulation, as well as regenerative medicine.
