Truly a horrible experience. Does an “exam” and then tells you that you have to come back for a separate visit (even if you’re in immense pain) if you want any kind of adjustment.

This chiropractor tried to convince me that I would need 90 visits over 6 months, about 12 of which might be covered by insurance after my deductable. He hardly made adjustments while i was there and spent on average 5 minutes with me during my expensive visit.

Wow, Dr. Hoffman is GREAT! I chose him specifically because of his reviews on Zocdoc and he definitely lived up to them! He was extremely kind and communicative, explained everything about the process to me, and set up very realistic expectations about progress and pain relief. Dr. Hoffman is incredibly knowledgeable, and best of all, I felt totally comfortable with him and absolutely feel he genuinely cares about his patients. His office staff is fantastic as well, and I couldn't be happier about him treating me.

I waited for an appt for almost an hour, as I watched other patients arrive after me and get seen immediately. I understand being busy, but then don't schedule people for appointments if you cant see them on time. I felt disrespected as no one explained to me why others were seen before me or why I was kept waiting so long.

Appointment after appointment waited for some type of actual relief. What I received was come in, one simple adjustment of cracking my neck (which felt no different than what I do on my own), and was told that I needed to work my way up, although this seemed to go on for more than 15-20 visits. Great personality, and seems to truly care, just if you are looking for someone who REALLY spends more than 30 seconds with you; you should look elsewhere. Of course I got talked into purchasing orthopedics. After hitting the midpoint check up, my spine was actually worse according to the test they ran; which he said was due to stress I was unaware of having.

Dr. Hoffman, Cindy and Elvira are an incredibly personable and welcoming staff. Immediately when I walked in I was greated with a warm smile from Cindy, one of Dr. Hoffman's assistants and later the pleasant banter between herself and Dr. Hoffman's other assistant Elvira. Dr. Hoffman himself is a very patient man who does not give off that bothered, rushed vibe that is only too common in the medical field. I highly recommend this practice.
