“First time talking to a professional about emotions etc. so it was a draining experience. Dr. Ahad was informative and listened to my concerns. I wish I could talk to her again, but she suggested to get therapy through my insurance, as her office did not offer that service. She put me on a medication that really made me feel and sleep better. I will Keepin' On!”
