“It was a short trip, went in for a pap smear and the process was so smooth. Waited for 2 minutes before the nurse and the doctor saw me. Dr. Clay was so easy to talk to, I talked about all my issues including side issues and she patiently listened to it all and told me what I could do about them (just to improve my lifestyle). She was awesome. Heartland, Shiloh is really efficient. ”

Jasmine received both her Bachelor's and Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Family Nursing, from Chamberlain University in Addison. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of nursing experience and a background in gynecologic/obstetric triage, labor and delivery, and cardiovascular care. Jasmine has a strong passion for patient education and health literacy.

Very Dismissive. Went in with concerns of infertility after trying for 3 years and was told that I had to do a whole year more of documentation before I could get a referral when the guidelines are under 35 1year of trying without any luck should be referred to a specialist, but all I got was you’re still young and we can do all the things. I brought up PCOS and was completely dismissed and told if I had 3 or more of the symptoms than that’s it I have but wasn’t concerned about me having cysts on my ovaries even after I told her about the pain I get in them randomly that makes me double over

Jasmine Clay was excellent and made me feel very comfortable and heard. I was nervous because this was my first experience at an OBGYN but I highly recommend her! She talked me through everything and was incredibly kind and attentive.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Jasmine Clay. The clinic is a 25 minute drive from where I live but after reading the reviews I knew it would be worth the drive. My entire experience was nothing short of amazing and seamless! The ladies at the front desk were very patient & helpful and the nurse I saw prior to Dr. Clay was amazing as well. Jasmine made me feel extremely comfortable, she always let me know what she was about to do before doing it. She answered all my questions with no hesitation and even helped me with a referral. I’m glad I found this clinic, don’t hesitate to go get seen here. They will take care of you :)

I saw Jasmine Clay, Nurse Practitioner, for my annual well-woman appointment and she was fantastic. Honestly probably THE.BEST. medical office appointment I’ve ever had. She was super friendly & personable. She took the the time to really listen to my questions & throughly answer them. She made me feel relaxed and at ease and didn’t make me feel like she was in a hurry to get to the next patient. Highly recommend!!

Jasmine was wonderful!! My time spent in the waiting room was so brief I didn’t get a chance to start reading for a class I’m taking. I always bring reading material because I expect to wait a long time. Almost immediately after the Nurse took my vitals and had me change, Jasmine knocked on the door and when she entered she had such an inviting genuine smile. She asked for consent before examining me which I had never had a medical professional ask as it is usually implied, but it was very reassuring. She answered all of my many questions and provided quite a bit of information. I am glad I was able to find her on this app. An overall wonderful experience!

I had a great experience with Nurse Practitioner, Jasmine Clay. She was prompt, professional, and very accommodating. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable with the process. The level of care and bedside manner she provided were truly above par, making my overall visit effective and reassuring. Although she is a nurse practitioner, I fully trust her expertise and resourcefulness, and intend to continue seeing her as my primary OB-GYN. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for compassionate and thorough care.
